Are your products authentic?

Yes. We deal only in genuine, authentic products and every item is checked before it ships. See how we authenticate.

How long does delivery take?

Items marked Instant Ship are in hand and dispatch within 1–3 working days. Other items are sourced for your order, and the estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. We ship across India and share a tracking link by email or WhatsApp.

What sizes do you list?

Sneaker and shoe sizes are listed in UK sizing. Use our size guide to convert from US or EU, or message us on WhatsApp if you're unsure.

Can I exchange a size?

Yes. You can request a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused and in its original packaging with tags. If the right size isn't available, we'll offer store credit. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No. Because we deal in limited-availability items, sales are final for change of mind. Size exchanges and damaged or wrong items are covered as described above.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos or an unboxing video. Once approved, we offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
