Shipping charges

FSR offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Dispatch timelines

• In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation.
• Sourced/pre-order items: dispatch timelines will be clearly mentioned on the product page and may take longer, as these are sourced specifically for your order.

Delivery timelines

Typically 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates; delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control are outside FSR’s liability, though we will assist in tracking and resolving delays.

Order tracking

A tracking link will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

All orders are securely packed to minimise transit damage. Please record an unboxing video if possible — this helps us resolve any damage or missing-item claims quickly.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails after two attempts by the courier, the order will be returned to FSR. Re-shipping charges, if any, must be borne by the customer.

Address changes

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed after dispatch. Please contact us within a few hours of ordering if you need to correct an address.
