How to measure your foot
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one. If you're between sizes, go half a size up.
Tips by style
- GS (Grade School) sizes are youth sizes. GS sizes run up to UK 6, which fits many women's feet.
- Women's sizes on unisex sneakers are usually 1.5 US sizes above men's: a US Women's 8.5 is a US Men's 7.
- Running shoes: many runners go half a size up for toe room.
