Products & Authenticity
FSR deals exclusively in genuine, authentic sneakers, streetwear, and accessories. Every item is checked for authenticity before it is shipped. FSR is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised retailer of Nike, Adidas, Jordan, or any other brand named on this Site; all brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep stock counts accurate; in the rare event an item is unavailable after you order, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Payments
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Orders must be paid in full online at checkout — FSR does not currently offer Cash on Delivery.
Order acceptance & cancellation
An order is confirmed only once full payment is received. FSR reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Sizing
Please refer to our size charts before ordering. Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery as set out in our Return & Refund Policy — we still recommend confirming sizing with us via WhatsApp/email before purchase if unsure.
Limitation of liability
FSR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, courier issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of FSR or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
